My name is Kerry Payne and I come from Essex, England.

I joined the Bumblebees team in Novemebr 16 in the Caterpillar group, shortly after moving to cologne from England.

I have 8 years experience in caring for children with a age range of 0-10 years old, primarily in nursery settings.

I studied childcare for 2 years and achived a CASHE level 3 certicicate in childcare and education. I have also been on several training courses which includes behaviour management, safe guarding, equality and diversity and training to support children with special educational needs.

I am very passionate about my job and especially enjoy encouraging craft, physical and cooking activities with the children.

As a keen traveller, creating a equal and inclusive environement where all backgrounds are valued is very important to me. Ensuring all children feel safe, happy and welcome is paramount.
